How do you Please our Good Father?

Thirsty for more of God’s Presence?

“What shall I render to the Lord for all of His benefits towards me? I will take up the cup of my salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord.” (Psalms 116:12-13)

  • In other words, “How do I please a good Father? I hold up my cup of salvation and ask for more.”

  • The Father is inviting us, as His children, into holding up the cup of our salvation and asking for more. A good child goes to the Father and says, “More! More of Your Love! More of Your Presence!” A good child is good at receiving Love because their spirit needs to be soaked and drenched.

  • God oils us with His Refreshing and Comforting Love. His Living Water goes through us. We get to feel that hot honey of His Presence within, that goes into every crevice of our being. We get baptized, immersed, and saturated in His Love. The oil and the rain fills our cup until it overflows, and delightful and delectable feelings start to come forth.

  • It helps our ability to respond to circumstances differently. We have that “I-don’t-care” spirit in an appropriate way because there’s a “Greater-than Love” and a “Greater-than Presence”.

“Isn’t there a father for the rain? Or who has begotten the drops of dew? Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, that an abundance of water may cover you?” (Job 38:28,34)

  • There’s an invitation for us to lift up our voice to the clouds and have the Father release the Abundance of the Rain of His Presence over us. There’s a soaking in our spirits that brings forth a “Culture of Life versus “religion”. (this brings a “Culture of Hope and Honor”). It’s a place where we have the Best View in Town!

  • An abundance of rain is happening. It’s a refreshing rain that soaks our spirits in His Love, a refreshing communion, partnership, loveliness, and a fresh burning of love. We are free from disturbing emotions. He gives us unintelligible peace beyond our comprehension. The ugly clouds fade away, and the Brightness & the Radiance of our God comes forth!

  • Nehemiah 9:17 says that people did not obey, because they could not remember His Great Goodness. But when we remember, there are already cisterns that are already dug up, a great inheritance dug into the ground (Neh. 9:25). It will rain down: True Inheritance! God will rain upon us, and we’ll remember His Wonders forever! He is bringing us to a place where we will uncap those cisterns together. In return, we will help others to uncap their own cisterns and the promises that He has for them.

“By edict of the king, no limits were placed on the drinking, for the king had instructed all his palace officials to serve each man as much as he wanted.” (Esther 1:8)

  • Everybody drank the royal wine, and it caused their capacity to stretch.

  • We come into a place of Harmony and Nearness with Him. We sit with God & Listen to His Heart, and He offers us the Goblet of His New Wine. We drink in more of His Presence, & more of His Love, to our fullest capacity, till we overflow!

  • We see our God of the “Refreshing Rain”. He touches our hearts and we respond by touching His Heart. We see Him so humble, so receptive to our love, so filled up by our love. One glance of our eye makes His heart skip a beat (SOS 4:9). We are drenched and soaked by His Love, He loves us loving Him!

  • We don’t come into God's Presence as our duty or hardness. We don’t drill it. We just come with love, attentiveness, affection, and humility. We come with a posture that is so filled with appreciation for His Value and Worth. We come holding His hand, and  looking into His eyes. We come with this sweet communion, looking across the table at our best Friend.  God has always been there. He is our “Abundantly Available One”, and  our “Passionate Pursuer”!

“Hope in the Lord and feed on His Faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” (Psalms 37:3-4)

“The Glory of God is Man fully Alive. This is the happy life and this alone: to rejoice in God, about Him and because of Him. This is the Life of Happiness, and it is not to be found anywhere else.” – Augustine

  • There’s a place where we feel fully alive, experiencing those superior pleasures of loving and being loved by God in ALL of Life. It is the utmost delight and enjoyment of Who He is!

  • God: “I have for you a Journey, with a wonderful process.  It is the adventure of our relationship unfolding, an AMAZING JOURNEY OF HOPE”!
