Below is a list and biographies of our amazing team of 'HOPE REFORMERS'!

Amy Pomplin (Administrator and Personal Assistant to the President) "Amazing" Amy has been working with Deeper Waters as Bob Hartley's personal assistant since in May, 2005. Growing up in Wisconsin, Amy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a degree in Sports Management, has worked in the fitness industry, assisted living and is currently in full-time ministry. She is a graduate of the Apostolic Preaching Program at the Forerunner School of Ministry in Kansas City, and has been an active intercessor at IHOP-KC.

Jen Strohkorb (Administrator and Personal Assistant to the President) Jen began working with Deeper Waters in January of 2009, after spending 2008 in North Africa. She was raised in Virginia Beach, VA and graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BA in Fine Art. She then went on to Virginia Tech to pursue a Masters in Architecture. She worked for 3 years for an Architecture firm in Norfolk, VA before moving to Kansas City to become an intercessory missionary at the International House of Prayer. She spent 2 years of study at the Forerunner School of Ministry and the Music Academy. Her heart is to build the House of the Lord in the nations for the salvation of Israel, focusing on teaching and training the next generation.

John Shore (Director of Quality Control and Public Relations) John has been a life-long resident of Kansas City. He has a B.A. Degree from Baker University and an M.S. degree from New York University. Married to his wife Mary Lea since 1962, Shore spent most of his adult life in the corporate world and the non-profit sector. He has been the recipient of many honors and awards. John's heart is to assist his long time friend, Bob Hartley, The Hartley Group and Deeper Waters in various capacities as needed seeking excellence in all that they do. John truly carries the heart of a patriarch and our team is so blessed by his wisdom and love!

Amyann Hartley (Ministry Assistant) Amyann has faithfully served The Hartley Group since 2002 as a part of the local as well as travelling ministry team. She also fills the capacity as a ministry assistant and project manager. Amyann has attended Bethel's Supernatural School of Ministry in Redding, California since the fall of 2008. She is a gifted writer and speaker, and she truly carries the message of the love and Father heart of God.

Jeff Lovett (Ministry Assistant) was born and raised in Northern California. He attained a graphic arts degree from UC Davis in 1998 and shortly after, became an intern for a ministry called Teen Mania. Later, Lovett went into business with his father in a real estate investment firm called JJireh Investments, LLC. After 4 years of making investments, Jeff obtained a California Real Estate license and sold residential property. Then God opened the door to start a non-profit charity called the Cyrus Foundation. Jeff moved to Kansas City to become more involved with IHOP including Fire in the Night internship, and is now involved with Deeper Waters.
